There is nothing wrong with jumping on a hotel bed. I do it every time. Must commend you on your perfect form during the Slovinski Double Tuck and Roll and you killed it with your full extension Flopping Flounder (though selfishly I kinda wish you had gone for the Switchback, it would have been an elegant addition). Overall it was such a well articulated program I hope it advances you to the nationals along with Kimber Dayton, that little firecracker from Alabama. I hear the Croatians are the ones to watch this year. Go team Sarah!! xo

Thanks for the winning score, QotU... It's too bad the camera man didn't get a wide shot of my freestyle footwork at the end. They always punch in at the worst times, don't you think? And a big hear-hear to "sister"! Hopefully I'll have one by August! My back can't take much more of the airbed, but my bank account can't support a large purchase right now. Don't worry - I am saving up!

seriously -- where's the fww sarah farthing bed fund?

I completely understand how important it is for you to pay your own way, and I TOTALLY commend you on not going into debt. But you gotta get off the air mattress! You have suffered enough. Can't we all chip in? It wouldn't be charity in a bad way, but a helping hand from people you have helped (like me) by sharing your life and experiences. We spend every single night of our lives in our beds, 1/3 of all our days. Please, FWW administrators, set up a Paypal account so that all of us grateful readers can contribute to whichever sister needs a little boost at the moment. (Sarah, you don't have to spend a fortune, either. Me, I couldn't afford the whole set of expensive sheets, so I splurged on the pillowcases--where my head goes each night--and got the less expensive sheets. No big deal, and my head, at least, feels like a princess.)
