God, I know, those kind of days are SO CRAPPY. But, it is important that you know that you do not want to talk to anyone so that you give you self the kind of self-care (as I see you are making tea) that feeds you the most. I hope today goes much better for you, and if it doesn't, then more wonderful self-care is needed. And you deserve every bit of it, as do all women from time to time. We just need to value ourselves enough to say, "Yes" and then actually do it.
